It requires no experience or special preparation, only a willingness to relax and turn our attention inward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This event is designed as a first introduction to the process - without expectations or the need for anything to unfold in a particular way. We will begin with a brief introduction, exploring what regression is, how it works, and what actually happens during a regression session, so that everyone can feel more at ease and oriented.\nAfterward, we will move into a guided group regression, which may be experienced as an inner journey into the past toward images, sensations, or stories that arise naturally and spontaneously. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Some experiences cannot be fully explained by logic, yet somehow feel familiar. Like a sense of recognition in a place we've never been, or meeting someone who feels strangely close despite having no shared history. Sometimes these feelings simply remain as questions, without any need for immediate answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There is no right or wrong way for this experience to unfold. Each person experiences it differently, and that is an essential part of the process.
It is important to know that during a regression session, you remain aware and in control throughout the experience. You do not lose touch with reality; rather, you enter a deeper, calmer state of awareness, similar to those moments when we are suspended between wakefulness and sleep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event is also suitable for people with no previous experience who would like to take a first step without feeling pressured or uncertain. The session will take place in a calm, safe, and supportive environment, with no expectations and no prior preparation required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sometimes the most important thing we can do is allow ourselves to pause for a moment and pay attention to what is happening within us. Everything else comes naturally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
